All of our coffees are roasted by our friends at Thornton Family Coffee Roasters located in Beaverton, Oregon. Paul has over 35 years experience roasting and has been our roaster in one way or another for each of those years! Look him up to see why we trust him with our roasting. Each morning you can find one of our wonderful bakers thoughtfully crafting our daily selections. Having our own in-house bakery helps to ensure our guests are getting the freshest and tastiest treats. Choose from our fresh selection of pastries, cookies, and Cromelettes® and so much more! There’s something for everyone. We offer several Vegan and Wheat free options and are adding to the menu every month.
